Improve Myself with Writing
There are two sides to each piece of writing: the writing and the reading. As a person who determines to become continually better, more mindful, more aware of our processes and reactions – writing is an essential tool. I wrote FeelGoodX because I discovered that to have the discipline of writing these issues forces me to develop my thoughts. I think these well-known writers write to form their opinions and to communicate to their readers what precisely in their minds.
The process of writing something out, rather than merely thinking something out, makes a difference. Inside my head, it’s rather lovely. I am always great discipline and logical. I always know what I mean and when there’s a logical leap or two to be taken.
When I have to put the words down on paper, I realized that the more I wrote, the more I become aware that anyone who cut corners in their lives makes mistakes and it will not be sustainable in the long term.
Jim Rohn once said: never begin the day until it finishes on paper. When you are committed to achieving more, you have to set your mind in the right path and one of the most potent ways you can do this by planning your time on paper.
Try to keep in all in your head, and you will get overwhelmed very fast. For me, I am likely to forget things even they are important, too. With your plan, write down, and you will reduce decision fatigue. Because you already know what you need to do next and instead of wasting valuable time in between tasks, you can get on with the work at hand.
Writing is also a therapeutic way to make you confront your problems and give you the skills to solve them. There is no rule, sit down, and write. Write whatever goes into your mind with no filter. Like a journal, writing therapy is for you only, no one will read but you. Writing helps put your emotion in control, by putting them down on paper, the power is on you. My purpose for this is to write and not to read what I wrote. My goal is to get it out of my system and with closure. That is my goal.
So, start now, write down and make sure you know how you will spend each day. Plot your priorities and keep your targets visible.
Live your life, Love your life.
