Diet alone is not working, apply a holistic mindset!
I am sure many of us have been there. You have tried many types of diets, but nothing is
working. Diet is not the only area of your life to check for losing extra weight. It does not
work to only focus on calories in and calories out. Our body is not the only par that wants
FeelGoodX lifestyle can give you the desired weight and overall health. Instead of switching
to yet another diet, take a look at other aspects like how often you cook at home, your
relationships, your body movement, and how do you feel spiritually, etc.
Everyone has different needs, take the time to figure out what areas you might cultivate to
help you feel more balanced and whole. Unfulfilling areas of your life may be leading you
into temptation. It is time to check what you might be missing.
I see excellent progress in my health coaching clients when you identify the area they lack,
and we can work toward improvement. Because the truth is no aspect of wellness works by
itself. It is time we take our needs seriously, and move toward the holistic journey.
