I myself had an unhealthy relationship with food and myself before, yet I came to know
that food should be a positive aspect of life offering fuel, enjoyment, and happiness for
your mind and your body. Furthermore, the most powerful, trusting, and loving
relationship you will ever have is the relationship with yourself.

I’ll support you to be able to honor your own biological hunger, and make peace with food and yourself.
